I've found just about every website I can on them, I think, but thanks for any new ideas. The CEO of Cinergy is a known criminal and scammer named Daniel Trouizer, apparently living in Canada. Cinergy itself is just an advertising company, and is actually licenced in CA. Am Med however is being banned from many states as people slowly catch on; they are not licenced in CA but use Cinergy to collect premiums. They may pay for a few minor things but not ER or hospital (well $100/day, which is insignificant if your bill is $7500 for overnight in the ER!!!!). So they continue to "fly under the radar." Daniel T. is also involved in many investment scams and the money is skimmed and purportedly placed in relatives and foreign bank accounts. They are gearing up as the recession/depression deepens and more people are laid off and Cobra is running out. Real insurance companies turn you down if you are healthy but even taking an antidepressant or anti-anxiety drug. Good grief, I PRAY for a way to get justice. Just about - NO - EVERY Govt. agency I've contacted discourages me. The CA Insurance Commissioner is working on a case but these guys are slippery. It seems the problems are the "across state lines" thing. Lets hope they DO something. The Governor of NY HAS banned them and fined them, only not nearly enough. But have they helped the people ripped off? Stay tuned. I refuse to give up but am tired and very discouraged. I'm running short on ideas. I've Googled every possible thing and just get more and more horrified at the HUGE scope of it all. Why are not more people squawking over this!!!!!!!!! | agent07 | 5 months, 3 weeks, 4 days, 20 hours, 18 minutes, 39 seconds ago. Yes I am captive in Alabama! I have a debit. Another co. purchased our co. this year and changed the contract. They cater to low income policyholders.Their premiums doubled (unbeleivable) and LIFE TIME charge backs. These people can barely pay their utility bills and they want us to sell these high premium policies. You cannot overcome the charge backs. It has been a madhouse this year. You have NO access to underwriting, claims, limited access to policyholder info. They will charge you more on chargebacks than were paid and if you don't catch it on you comm. statement then you are s.o.l. If you do catch it, you have to fill out paperwork and blah, blah, blah to get your $ back. They have lied about several things. It's just unbeleivable |

Mike | 11 months, 4 days, 5 hours, 28 minutes, 25 seconds ago. This concerns a small family owened business with under 20 employees. My father and stepmother divorced, she gained control of the company and I was fired. With the stipulation thru an employment contract as part of the divorce decree granted 6/4/2002 Pursuant to said judgment the court ordered the following: Mike Womack shall remain listed as an employee, so that health insurance can be maintained through Autotronics, Inc., at a cost to be born solely by Autotronics. Inc. She complied with said court order untill 12/14/2007 when she changed from Principal Life to Sentry Life without my knowledge. She did keep me on with Sentry but for only Life and Dental. Any help would be greately appreciated |
