Maybe as a consumer, she should tell her agent next month that this is the only portion of her insurance premium she is going to pay "because somthing is better than nothing".

This concerns a small family owened business with under 20 employees. My father and stepmother divorced, she gained control of the company and I was fired. With the stipulation thru an employment contract as part of the divorce decree granted 6/4/2002 Pursuant to said judgment the court ordered the following: Mike Womack shall remain listed as an employee, so that health insurance can be maintained through Autotronics, Inc., at a cost to be born solely by Autotronics. Inc. She complied with said court order untill 12/14/2007 when she changed from Principal Life to Sentry Life without my knowledge. She did keep me on with Sentry but for only Life

I guess I'm confused about employer vs company. I was covered by a group insurance policy thru principal Life Insurance Company for approx. 15 years

Hi Super Agent,Thank u very much. Al the dealer shop you mentioned are too far. Conroe is 3 hours drive and lubbock is 7 hours. Car is not in drivable condition and ned to be towed. As you said shall I call my adjuster's mangr and let him know that I will comlaint to DOI if they are not ok to pay the labor charge? Total labor chagre is $1020 and the adjuster told me they are charging $120 per hour. I belive she divided $1020 by 8 hours.
