i received a vaccine but that is what is not in my records. should they bill for something that is not there. would be like billing for surgery but it wasn't done? Of course they should bill my insurance company, but they should have documentation on what was done, right?

I was hit from behind at a red light almost a year and a half ago. I have 6 herniated discs and si joint trouble as a result that specialists say makes no sence to operate because it will not help. I can "manage pain" will epidurals 3x a year. My attorney just submitted to adjuster. How long does it take for initial offer? Do I aniticipate 3x medical even though my body will never be the same?

I was rear ended by someone 1 year and 4 months ago while sitting at a red light. I suffered 6 herniated discs in my back and hip damage (my foot was on break). My lawyer just submitted to the insurance adjuster. The doctors advised nothing they can do for my back but manage pain with steroid epidurals because surgery will not really help. How long can I expect to wait for initial offer?
The problem is quite simply - You should not have been on a public highway without Insurance and regardless as to whom is to blame for the accident - You will legally be found to be liable
If you think that a emblem that is R/I is as good as a emblem as is replaced with a new emblem you are a fool. 1 if it is glued back on it will show the glue around the edges and the glue will fail. 2 if you clean the two sided tape and replace it the end result is it will fall off in a year or two because the glues on the replacement tape is not as good as factory. believe me I have tried all of them including 3M and scotch cal whitch is suposable what they are using in the factories.
The company that did the work to repair my home said they used a ozone machine but i never seen one. but i worked most of the days when repairs were done was there most every evening. insurance company did pay for whole house to be thermal fogged.
Hi, unfortunately, there is no local office, and I have had no success getting these people to return my phone calls! The adjuster totaled the vehicle at full retail value and paid the lein holder the balance remaining on vehicle, the amount remaining is the amount due to me.
