well well well, just got a call from the insurance comp and guess what they said, oh the tow company called you and said the truck was a total loss and they were not aruthrized to do that so we are towing your truck to another place(of your choice) and they will give you an estimate!!! Now who is at falt!?i told you that was not my doing, and your saying it like somone off the street just called me of course it had to be someone who knew about the accident and of course weather it was the tow peolpe or insurance people i trusted them and did not know who was surpose to say that the truck was a loss once again this is your job so you would know. |

someone called but in any event why would i have a accident on purpose and flip over a damm moutian, your not listing it doesent matter who called even if the tow place called they had no business calling me to tell me that,......now i know,but in any event it doesent matter the only people who was surppose to call me was the insurance place how was i to know! and even if i wanted a new vechical i wouldnt do it that way are you crazy?look i told you that they messed up how is that my fault and i have never been in an accident....... |

so i got got in a wreck and it wasnt my fault. insurance company said its totalled do i have the right to demand it fixed. because that way i would receive more than they will totalled it out for. then could i just buy a new vehicle? |

We had to replace the engine because of a miscommunication from the company that was going to winterize the boat. Everyone thought it was done and it was not. Is this covered by insurance?
Also, the prop just hit a log and it has messed up the prop. Are these usually covered under our insurance. |

She is wanting to move out and trying to figure out if I can add her to my insurance since the car is mine so that she is covered she also 17 years old adn moving in with her mother |

Just want you to know I'm not trying to be a jerk towards you personally on the home valuition/inflation guard issue.You do provide a lot of very good advice on the forums and I respect that. I just really want the people coming here for information to get complete acurate information.
