hmmm, sounds like someone who doesn't think they need to have insurance.

Hi this is Rae..The intersection is a 5 way intersection..You can go east/west, nort/south and thereis a side street that runs southeast...My car was facing east but once the light turned i attempted to go on the side street which travels south east.

Hi,Thank u for your'e response in this matter. With thousands of injury claims filed each year for the last 50 yeras at the very least, it is highly unlikely that there is not some general insurance compensation formula as well as specfic formulas that each company uses. one such computer program would be the Collosus Computer Formula.I thoght I read on your bio that you were or are a insurance claims adjuster? I thoght I saw on the site other people who had questions about compensation. Perhaps you can refer me to a site that might answer my questions

That seems reasonable that they are not obligated to offer me a dv on my truck, but they know as idividuals I will never get what my truck would have been worth because carfax shows major accident now. I will be luck to get half of what it is worth. Then insurance company will not tell me what their limits are. I even asked them to email me a copy of the figures they used to come up with the $4200, or just email me a copy of what their so called professional dv company sent them. They have told me they will not give me any more, nor will they give me copies of any of the figures or tell me who the dv company was. They said take it or leave it. I cannot believe the only way to know for sure is to sell my turck at a loss to show the insurance company what the actual loss was as Anonymous1 has said. I understand that would really be the only way, but what if I do sell it, and the insurance company is still pulling the same tricks? I can't afford to go out and buy a new $52K truck again. This sucks.

She was fine for a couple of days and then started getting a backache and did not realise that it was because of whiplash. She went to docs last week but it has been been 2 months since accident. Will that help at all coz as far as I know it will not help much.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I am just taking my medicine and eating the damage. As a moderator, can you please delete my posted message? When it was posted, it was not intended for my personal information to be pasted (wife and I mistake). I have emailed admin, webmaster and a couple other listed emails and no one has responded (repeatedly). I really need this post deleted, if you can help delete or shed some insight on how to do it (it says delete topic can be done if you are a moderator) it will be much appreciated.Regards, mmm

Sorry for posting too many times. I have a lawyer that will take my case. My medical bills as of now only total a little over $3,ooo dollars. My probblem is that Im stuck with 2 ruptured disc and and 1 torn disc in my spine. Also a good bit of nerve damage thats been giving me probblems. Im trying to figure out what to ask for if this goese to court. I know nothing about this whole process. I also would like to prove that I was terminated because simply because I would not let my injury be swept uder the rug. Ive never been hurt on a job before. Dont wish it on anyone if this is how major corparations handle things. How can they admit to being at fault, then turn around and say there not responsible. They also fed me some story about how there company pay's a large fee to the state of Georgia that allows them to refuse documintation to Statutory Employee's. I later found out that was a lie. I still need treatment for my injury but have been unable thus far to find employment. Im not neglecting my injury. I really just dont have the money to pay for any. I have treatment offices calling me now demanding payment! This whole ordeal is going to, if it already has'nt ruin my credit. Do you have any advice for me?

With the property damage release form. are you saying I should print and fill that out for them to sign and return? Or just ask them to return a property Damage release to me after I send them a percentage of the damage cost? thank you
