I actually do a bit of cross selling between two companies... one a life settlement company and the other, a premium finance company with NO ties to settlements. Currently we have a half dozen or so programs, 0 out of pocket to client with a personal guarantee of no more than 25% max of the loan amount. LOw interest, 2 - 5 yr deals. Splits are 60-40.
I also have some personal relationships with buyers of beneficial interest deals, if that works for you.
