Yes the amount does cover med bills so they say and only giving my wife 1,700.00 for her pain and suffering. I just found out from my wife last night that she requested more for her pain and suffering and they said the final offer would be 16,000.00 with the med bills being 11300.00 I don't know the Max coverage but I still don't feel the amount is worth all the pain and suffering back and forth to dr's and therapy time off work and so on. Should I take this to court or will the Lawyer take most of the money? I live in Arizona, thank you for your response! |

I actually have to go to court over this in April! But I am sure the judge is going to throw it out under the circumstances beings you purchase his car and come back later and say ok we want to sue you now for BI..I am hoping it goes that way!! |

Thats what made no sense to me. You would purchase my car and then almost 3yrs later say oh no we goofed its your fault and now we are going to sue you for BI cause they had to pay their insured for the BI. Thats why it confused me so much! |

Not with my insurance NO. I didnt even go through them. I contacted the other parties insurance and they came out totaled my car sent me a check and I didnt hear anything else on it, until now. They are suing me for BI for their insured so I am assuming their insured sued them. But when they purchased my car didnt that end it or can they later come after me like they are? |

Hey it was the other guys insurance that purchased my car. Its been almost 3yrs and now they (His insurance the same ones that purchased my car) are suing me now for BI? So I am confused on how do you purchase my car and then yrs later sue me for BI when you purchased my car so you must have not thought at that time I was at fault? |
