| I have a 91 jeep cherokee which i got into an accident. The other insurance accepted fault. They are trying to give me 700 bucks for my jeep or let me keep the jeep and pay me 500. Do I have to accept that offer? What are my options on getting what its really worth? adjuster said that the damage was 1400 and probably was more. |

| You need to support that your Jeep is worth more then they are offering. Feel free to submit this information/documentation to them. |

What makes you think the Jeep is worth more than 700? _________________ "Never, never be afraid to do what's right, especially if the well being of a person or animal is at stake. | Its really not possible as we have not seen it and i think that since you are very close to your asset, then you can judge what exactly the cost might be ?? Then you can come to an conclusion for a price and ask him to pay very near/same price which you are expecting!!!! |

| You do not have to accept the insurance companies first offer, but you should have proper documentation to support your argument. |
