I’m thinking of changing my health insurance carrier and I was wondering, do I need to state my entire medical history, recorded or unrecorded?

Yes, it is absolutely necessary for you to present your insurer with every piece of your medical history. If you don’t, you might be risking misrepresentation charges which can amount to insurance fraud.

Never hide any medical conditions. Insurance company will always find out and they can deny your claim or cancel your policy.
