| i have never heard of this company before(complete solutions) in vandalia ohio. i don't know if i should contract with them. in the contract it says something about monthly automatic withdrawls from my checking account to them . i would be a captive agent with them and they said they give me all my leads.it says about my compensation that i get 50% vested after 2 years and 100% vested after 5 years...does that sound good? |

Honestly, this sounds to me a very odd arrangement. I'm not sure that the captive agents are required to pay some kind of agency fees to the insurance company.
Are they charging you for the leads that they will provide?
Just hang tight someone will shortly be around with the answer.

| any advice would be great! i just got my license and i don't really know a lot about the insurance bizz. i was gona work with my brother, he said he would teach me everything i needed to know. now his work is sayin i can't work for him cause it's a conflict of interest and now, i can't even get a hold of him cause he is so busy. i have no idea who to work for!! |

I just don't get a warm, fuzzy, feeling for this one at all. I'm not saying it sounds like a scam and you'll probably end up losing a bunch of money but, I mean, if it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck.
If I were in your shoes, I think I'd pass on this one. If anyone gives you any static about not giving them access to your checking account, refer them to my website and have someone give me a call.

friends,it is no where heard or seen that a company is charging to the agent a monthly fees!!i don't understand what this fuss is all about? rather this may sound a trick from the employee of an insurance company where s/he is putting forth such kind of ideas to have a loyal captive agents.
