Insurance giants to form joint outlet firm

Mitsui Life Insurance Co., Sumitomo Life Insurance Co. and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. will jointly establish a new company to operate outlets to sell insurance products, sources close to the companies said Monday. The three firms were expected to announce their plans Tuesday.
