AIDS patients to get health insurance
     
For the first time in the country, an effort is being made to provide health insurance for HIV positive patients to finance their treatment.

I think this is a great move and I am sure this will help many patients but I am not sure how it will work.Why not take precautions than going for insurance? I need to explore more to understand the implications of it.
