MaxHerr you speak as though you are an idiot. Any death other than one planned by the deceased, ( such as suicide ), can be considered an accidental death. Murder is considered to be an accidental death because no one can predict, foresee, nor do they expect or intend to be murdered. Therefore it would be a death that occurred other than the persons expected death caused by natural causes.
