I LIKE TO SEE IF IS ANY POSSIBILITY TO SUE MY OWN INSURANCE COMPANY AND MAKE COMPLAINT AT INSURANCE AFFAIRS DEPTO.
NOW THE ECONOMY THE WAY GOING MORE AND MORE FALSE CLAIMS CAME EVERY DAY AND MY INSURANCE COMPANY JUST PAY ALL CLAIMS AND MY DEDUCTIBLE IS $2.500,00 SO THE JUST PAY NO MUCH ASK. THE JUST PAY THE LAST ONE AND EVEN REQUEST THE POLICE REPORT AS MY REQUEST.
I BELIEVE LINCOLN GENERAL INSURANCE HELPING TO FEED THE INSURANCE FRAUD BY THOSE PAYMENTS I TRY TO GET SOMETHING AGAINST THEM BUT IS REALY HARD.
I PAY EVEN FOR SOMEONE BACK PAIM INJURES O CAR IF $200,00 DAMAGED I'M LOOKING FOR SOME ATTORNEY TO GET ON MY CASE ??? |

| OP,..you REALLY need to explain your case a bit more clearly. What do you mean "false claims?" Did you get into a car accident of some kind? |

TOOTIP4U, wow, ahh, let me guess english is NOT your strong suit...

You didn't pay anything at all right? your insurance company did on your behalf...
Now, may I suggest that if you would like some additional help from us, that maybe you have someone help you post/type the questions. Someone (maybe you have children who's english is alittle better)...or someone you work with? we also will need to know EXACTLY what happened in the claims and what your problem with your insurance company paying these people YOU hurt is...would you rather the injured people sued you directly? Maybe taking your house/business or garnishing your paychecks forever?

Part of that might be easy but the other not so much....Doesn't sound to me like you have a case...but hard to tell...try to get someone to help you post ok?
