If I lend my car to an uninsured driver and they get into an accident, will my insurance rates go up and also who is responsible for the damages?

FK..............I SURE 'got all of that.' Of course she wouldn't give me that kind of cash, BEFORE she (attempts..) to drive my car. She's very irresponsible ( in ALOT of ways!!). Thsi is one of MANY reason's why she can't drive. OK.......next time she asks me I'll just tell her, " put down a 'deposit' before you use my car. This is what I calculated it to be."

Great answer to the problem FK...I may keep that idea stored in the back of my mind for future reference.

YEA...FK. If I say all of that, to the neighbors, who keep asking to use my car, maybe they will 'think twice' about asking again. But, somehow I doubt it..LOL
