Do adjusters respond to a letter from an attorney?

When adjusters get that package thing from an attorney with documents, photos and other papers and etc. How long does it usually state in the letter to respond? Do adjusters really respond by or on the date? How do they respond by phone, email, letter or fax?

To be honest... what _anyone_ thinks as fair is pointless.

Also, see below.

I was rear ended at a stop light I've got permanent injuries I can't go back to work I had to sign up for disibility , that was six months ago our demand package letter was 754.000 thousand , there insurance co sent a letter and ask my attorney how much are we willing to settle for and my attorney faxed a letter back an told him we would settle for policy limit.

Hope that is closer to $750,000 than $15,000.

how much do you think my settlement should be

If you read this tread (after you read my sig) you'd see that you can't supply enough into for anyone here to know. I can say, the policy limits certainly are not an issue. The statute of limitations would be. I'm guessing you have an attorney if you only have $2700 in damages and this has been going on for 2 years. Have you asked your attorney?
