| i was a passenger in a car that belonged to a mate of mine he told my mate that she could drive i was very drunk and got in the car with her. she crashed the car and then we ran. what can i get if police catch as being a passenger |

In trouble a little. but not as much as the driver...what about the poor owner of this vehicle?

Hello, may you wouldn't be much in trouble since you were only the passenger in the car, but the driver definitely would be in a mess. How old are you guys?
Have you crashed with another car? Was anyone injured in the accident? |

| First of all, are you BOTH alright? Did you go to the hospital? I know car accidents can be scary, but,..you can always get another car. Well......if your mate was NOT DUI, then, at least, THAT"S something you DON'T have to worry about. I'm happy to hear, anyway, you were smart enough to ask your mate to drive if you knew you couldn't....ya know? |
