If the excluded driver was driving another vehicle other than the one he is excluded on, there should be no problem...am I understanding that right? He's maybe excluded from a vehicle(s) in his household but not the particular vehicle he was driving at the time of the accident? Please clear that up because that is VERY important. | Quote: | | with just liability are will they pay the book value of your car |
Any policy that only carriers liability will not be repairing that car under that policy...is that the question? Was there another vehicle involved and who was at fault?
No insurance company that I'm aware of uses the KBB, most use either a computer program like CCC, or if a 'book' it's usually NADA. _________________ "Never, never be afraid to do what's right, especially if the well being of a person or animal is at stake. Okay, if he is an excluded driver which implies he can't have permission to drive the same vehicle he was excluded from. In a word, he can't be excluded and have permission at the same time. Please clarify this part. |
