Posted: Wed Jul 22, 2009 3:39 am   Post subject: 1996 Contour- Hail dmg < ACV- don't want slvg title   My 1996 Ford Contour received hail damage. Estimates are showing approx $3,000 to repair. These are dents only and the car is very much drivable. From what I can tell the value of the car is approximately $2,500. I want to keep my car but I don't want it totaled out.
