The adjuster wants pictures of my daughters injured arm and hand .. Her arm has "road rash" glass imbedded the entire length of her arm . She is 19.. She is being treated by a DR. Should
I also send the adjuster a picture of my daughters BEAUTIFUL arm and hand pre-accident?

Are you considering getting an atty or handling this yourself? If you are getting an atty you may want to wait to see how they feel about this but if not I don't see whre it would hurt ust as long as you get a really good picture. I will let some of the others answer since they may have better advice than I.

I certainly would do both.

Certainly couldn't hurt.

It's common practice to photo the injuries they will likely want some after the arm heals too, yes, send both, injured and non-injured arm..

I'm sure that the adjuster needs those photographs to ascertain the extent of the damages. It's not unlikely for them to ask for snaps. The adjusters approach the same way to estimate the worth of the damages to the motor vehicles even.

Please, send the photographs to the adjuster and wait for his/her estimation, at least there is no harm in it. However, if you already have settled for the BI attorney then involving him would be a great idea.
