I purchased a car for my daughter, the title has my name and her name (the word OR is between our names.) She is on our ins. and has recently been at faulty for an accident and the person has retained counsel because she has injuries. Can i as her parent be sued also????

Yes, all owners can be held liable. But the claim of the other party is for one claim and your policy protects you both. So it really does not matter if there is 1 owner or 100 owners... the insurance policy limits apply to all owner.
