My medical report shows that I got discharged in 3 days. I waited for 1 more
week since I had a few sessions left with a therapist.
The HR help-desk had stated that this would be counted within my medical
leave, but now they've deducted a week's pay!
A number of things have remained unexplained - please help.

Your medical reports must suggest that you needed a therapy and that you were incapable of working during that period.

It's truly important that an employer clarifies an employee's wage loss in their Lost wage report. More often, the claimant would earn less for not being able to return to job in time!
It's very important that the employee maintains the routine assignment under such circumstances.
