So i just got into an accident. My vehicle was the only one involved (and a deer) but i flipped my vehicle. When the police called to verify my insurance my company said i was covered and everything would be taken care of. Yet when i called they told me that my policy had been canceled a few weeks earlier. The police towed my vehicle. I'm not really sure what to do in this situation. Am I going to have pay for everything? Either way I don't see myself having a choice I need my vehicle but i was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions. Thanks

i assume that they cancelled your policy because of defaulted payment
This is quite a possibility!
Once it gets out of your bank, then there's no doubt that you've been charged for it.
If what Sil has said regarding the misplaced payment comes true in your case..you could get back to us as also move up to the DOI and check out what other options you got to pursue it! Steven
