Involved in a no fault traffic accident. My insurance unfortunately lapsed 8 days ago. Will the other driver's insurance pay for the repair of my vehicle & rental? Or will they give me a hard time for no insurance? How will I be held liable?

AIN'T IT THE TRUTH!!! :roll: At least 'they' can carry 'Liability' on their car. doesn't cost very much ( depending on the Driving record..) and you won't have to pay an 'arm and a leg' for it. "Messing up someone's life?"..yep...I've 'seen' that, myself. Not a 'pretty' sight'..THAT'S for sure. :cry:
