i think eddielkk want to say third party investigator!! Even sometimes third party administrator term is also used in insurance related jargon.

But what sense to those terms make re: this thread? re: carrying a separate auto policy on a vehicle you drive occasionally? or even regularly ? This doesn't make any sense to me.

I haven't heard of such a thing in the US. Eddie, a non-owner insurance is a known thing. We'd certainly expect you to clarify.

Still meaning what amit? What (as it pertains to this thread) do third party administrator or third party investigator mean? Clearly a 3rd party administrator would be (to me) a non-connected party that is administating something, and a 3rd party investigator would be a non-connected (to either party) person that is investigating something...but again WHAT does that mean re: this thread?
