am i going to get anything out of my wreck ? a car ran the stop sigh and i plowed into them ,they left the seen only to come back 30 min. later , my face is really messd up and they had to sow my bottom lip back on!

Well, yes you certainly should...have you filed a claim with both your insurance company and the insurance company of the vehicle that ran the sign?

Oh Craig! I'm sorry to hear about the accident.
However, like Lori has mentioned, file the claim with the other driver's insurer (hope you have got all the information to turn the claim on). You should also receive compensation for the property damage.
Do you have motorcycle insurance? Which state are you from?
Let us know these details and we would try to find out more about the options you have.
