Posted: Wed Oct 29, 2008 7:23 am   Post subject:    Hi dede, the insurance companies need a certain time period to investigate the claim, ideally it may take them thirty working days to complete the process. The insurance companies need to investigate/cross check the claim value to eliminate the chances of inflated and fraudulent claims. You need to be patient and cooperative with the insurance adjuster and provide them with the relevant documents which will facilitate the claim process.
