Hey you may need to expand your query more…
Have you recovered the car yet? The information isn't sufficient to response to it. |

fahad, you CAN sue anyone you want to.. you are saying that your vehicle was stolen...then what happened EXACTLY that causes you to think they didn't hold up their end of the deal...need more information in the order it occured to better assist you _________________ "Never, never be afraid to do what's right, especially if the well being of a person or animal is at stake. | You will need a lot more information. Also if you have a contract with them read all the writing and fine print to see what the contract may say. It could have a claus in there that denies you being able to hold them responsible. |

So..like...you have OnStar and when your car was stolen, they didn't (or couldn't) track it or help the police find it? _________________ Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it. - Ferris Bueller |

I guess you could consider it. I would 100% for sure get the advice of an attorney before going any further. Was the vehicle tracker in the wrong and what if any damages did they cause? What would they be liable for and what did they do improper? These are some of the questions you need to ask yourself and your attorney before taking them to court. Make it worth your time and money before going further. _________________ Juston Garland
