i need to know, can i sue my vehicle tracker for the theft of my vehicle despite it been protected by a vehicle tacker and for a non-responsive attitutde of the tracker company in the event of its recovery????

fahad, you CAN sue anyone you want to.. you are saying that your vehicle was stolen...then what happened EXACTLY that causes you to think they didn't hold up their end of the deal...need more information in the order it occured to better assist you

You will need a lot more information. Also if you have a contract with them read all the writing and fine print to see what the contract may say. It could have a claus in there that denies you being able to hold them responsible.

So..like...you have OnStar and when your car was stolen, they didn't (or couldn't) track it or help the police find it?

I guess you could consider it. I would 100% for sure get the advice of an attorney before going any further. Was the vehicle tracker in the wrong and what if any damages did they cause? What would they be liable for and what did they do improper? These are some of the questions you need to ask yourself and your attorney before taking them to court. Make it worth your time and money before going further.
