i was injured in a car accident. i hit the steering wheel and have acquired a scar on my left side of my face. occassionally it still swells. they offered me 15 and out of that 15 i have to pay 5k in medical bills. i asked for 19 and they said no. can i with drawl my demand and ask for more with an attorney

JUPYRCHEPA, 15k settlement on 5k medical bill doesn't sound too bad as an offer. Can you share with us the break-up of the claim amount?

I don't know about that Rupert...depends...facial scars typcially 'bring' more, and it all depends, on sex/age, where the scar is how visible is plastic surgery an option etc...
