Posted: Tue Apr 21, 2009 9:30 am   Post subject:    Yes Pat, you can sue the insurance carrier but you should get all the aspect evaluated properly before taking such a decision. Expecting you have faced a serious claim denial (though you haven't mentioned anything regarding that, therefore more information is required). Have you received a proper letter from the insurer regarding the reason of denial? I would also suggest you to go through the policy document to ensure that their denial isn't correct.
