I think it is a valuable product and would love to be one of the first to introduce it.
I'd love to see a discussion here about the product and best ways to sell it. Is anyone using it as a door opener? Or are you just cross selling it to existing clients?

The employment practice liability insurance protects the professionals from lawsuits, liable etc. its specially required by the lawyers, who may face lawsuits from their clients at the event of misrepresentation of facts, or not being able to present a strong-enough case before the court.

Rupert, this is incorrect. What you just described is Professional Liability Insurance, not Employment Practicies.
EPLI, provides insurance protection to a commercial risk for claims brought by its employees that one or more of their rights have been violated.

Hey Phil, you seem to know a lot on this subject. Just wondering if an employee is deprived for her rightful opportunities by the employer, can she bring a lawsuit against the employer? And, will it be covered under the employment practice liability insurance?

Jeorge, this coverage does not provide absolute protection. There are numerous reasons that an employee could bring suit, but this does not always mean that the employees rights were actually violated. Each policy will have exclusions--so I cannot say as to whether or not the claim will be covered.
