I have damage on my roof from hail aoring to roofer who looke at it and it also leaks .My insurance co said it was becaue of inproper install.Eveyody around me got a new roof from hail except me.

It takes hail a number of years to cause leaks. If your roof is leaking it is due to something other then hail. Can anyone (roofer) tell you where the leak is coming from? Ask for a reinspection with your roofer meeting the adjuster on your roof. Have the roofer show the adjuster where the hail damage is. It is either there or not.

Has it been leaking since the hail damage? Or was it leaking prior to that also? Yes, reinspection might be required in this case.

This is America! You can sue almost anyone for almost any reason!  
Most homeowner insurance policies do have an exclusion that doesn't require them to pay if the reason for the defect is faulty or improper installation. If the damage wouldn't have happened if it weren't for the bad install, the insurer is technically off the hook in most cases.
How old was the roof before it got hail nailed? (  ) If the roof was old, it's gonna be pretty hard to go after the contractor who did the install unless there's some kind of builder's warranty (not the roof material warranty).

Lol!
If the damage was cause by faulty workmanship or materials, it's really the contractor you should be going after rather than your insurer. they insure your proprty on the understanding that it is in a decent condition and not inherently prone to claims due to poor materials.
The same would probably apply if your garage fell apart because it was held together with glue instead of nails.
