What is prescription insurance? Are all medicine bills covered by it? I need to take a lot of medicines very often how can I get it and how much does it cost?

If you qualify for Medicare, you may avail prescription coverage in two ways:
You can either buy Medicare part D, along with original Medicare comprised of part A and B.
Or, you can buy a Medicare Advantage plan that includes prescription drug coverage apart from hospitalization, doctors’ bills and other expenses (Part A and B).
If you don’t qualify for Medicare, then there are state run programs that cover for prescription drugs for people who are not eligible for other programs and have low income. You may get an idea from your state health department.

If you are 65 or older, then you can get prescription insurance through Medicare Part D. There are a variety of plans and they range in cost from $35-$80/mo depending upon the type of plan and where you live.
If yo are younger than 65, then most health insurance plans contain prescription benefits. You'll want to check you medications to see if they are generic and/or brand name medications, and then make sure that your health insurance plan covers both.
