My son has schizophrenia. Can I continue to keep him on my insurance once he turns 26?

No. But he might qualify for Medicare if he is considered disabled and unable to work.

Absolutely not. He would first have to qualify for Social Security Disability benefits and remain disabled for 24 consecutive months before eligibility for Medicare begins.
