I just receive my bankcard and someone called me for verification. And then offered me health insurance, I agreed, but then my husband don't agree and ask me to cancel it because we don't have enough money . I don't know how to cancel because I don't have any block and white policy contract.

Trust me, you won't get one either, because there is none. Your credit card has probably already been maxed out by now. There is no kind way to say the following:Honey, you've just been scammed!! You need to call the bank and cancel the credit card -- IMMEDIATELY -- and let them know that any charges at or after the time you received the call (those that you did not actually make) are fraudulent. You have probably also become the victim of identity theft which will be more trouble for you to deal with than you may realize.
Why would you think your bank was offering you health insurance? They don't even offer you a free checking account.
