IS there a certain amount of time they are allowed,or can they take as much time as needed to investigate. I was in an auto accident 1 month ago,and reported the claim to 2nd drivers insurance company for liability of my property damage. They still say that its under investigation ...by law do they have to give me a response within certain time frame?
