If you've already made the claim, I'm not sure if they can change it based on additional damage that wasn't discovered until now. But you can sue someone if you discover an injury that was caused by an accident that happened outside the statute of limitations.

You'll be smart to talk to a lawyer about it first though, ask him about the statute of limitations regarding injury from automobile accidents. I think it's one year after discovery of the injury.

Yes, that is very important to find the one who was legally responsible for the injury!

You may take the help of a Personal injury law firm based within your state. They would help you ascertain the measurement of the claim properly. Regards, Pulser82

Hi there!

They would help you ascertain the measurement of the claim properly.

Not only that, they are injury lawyers who'd also represent all your cases associated with car accident as also your serious injuries resulting out of such accidents.

probably increase it's value as long as it can be proven it was from the accident...

can they fix this problem?

what? your torn muscle? sometimes they heal some times they don't this is a question for your doc

....i dont want to say to much until i talk to my attorney.

and you shouldn't apparently you have been represented since the accident correct? if so be sure your attorney has all this new information.

doubtful, or very hard to do quenlin, sorry...those statutes are there for a reason...

All states are different, think mine is five years, most are not a year...and those states (1yr statute) are a pain, as there is a suit filed on nearly all bi claims..(filing suit immediately 'stays' the statute).
