How long does it take

Finally my atty seems to getting ready to settle my case. They informed me they had more than enough to get a settlement. Now my question is how long does this process take? They were in the process of gathering the last of my records. My family doc sent their records to my atty back on May 9 and the Regional pain facility I am still doctoring with (RSD) has sent their records recently also. The atty said once they got all this they would prepare a report to send off to the adjuster and wait for a response. Work is not working out for me very well and I am losing the battle of bills and struggling to stay a float. I would just like to know when I can approx. know anything. I asked the atty and they said they would contact me when they heard anything.

That's roughly 70 bucks a month, no way in the world that your collision and comprehensive coverages are 10 bucks of that...more than likely they are about 30 bucks of it...coll and comp are typcially the highest coverages...your car is worth anywhere from 4-5k assuming it's a four door se...and in really good condition....so you'll have to decide...but ask them again, ''HOW MUCH IS MY PREMIUM WITHOUT COLLISION AND COMPREHENSIVE''..someone got that wrong when they said it would lower it only 10 bucks! I can all but guarantee that!

My car is a sedan and in really great shape. I was always taught to take care of what you own and it will last a lot longer. I kind of figured I had to be paying more. If my car is still valuing at that amolunt I think it is best I continue with the coverage I have on it. You know what they say "it only takes one time". Thanks.

I agree, I usually keep coll and comp untill or unless the acv gets to 3k or below...

Thats what I have decided to do. I haven't found anyone to take my home as anything but a mobile home. I keep getting once a mobile, always a mobile.
I did find insurance on both my home and cars for cheaper and better coverage. I am just waiting for all this other stuff to settle out and then I am going to switch. Its only been three weeks since I got the letter that they sent for a settlement so as soon as this id done I will have at least my research done.
