I have just come to know of something awesome ! Is it true that our claims won't be compensated for any accident caused by road rage ?

I believe every policy excludes intentional acts of damage. I think you could easily classify road rage as intentional.
I had to deny a comp claim one time b/c they locked their baby in the car and intentionally broke the window to get the door open. Our calls were recorded or I would have told them not to say they did it intentionally b/c I would have done the same thing.
P.S. If you're in FL and you have to break a window to get in, go for the windshield, there's no deductible on windshields.

So I guess what you are saying that it pays to be stupid? That really angers me but your right it usually is someone who doesn't own a vechicle themselves. Unless you do you won't understand the money and responsibility that goes along with it. I won't even unless absolutely necessary, and sometimes not even then lend out my vehicle. I find that if someone is going to "horse" a vehicle it will be yours and not their own.

I agree with Lori....you will not be compensated for intentional killing....
If this starts happening, the insurance companies will become bankrupt...
