It was not my fault. short story, my lawyer wants sue my Insurance. I am not happy about his dicission.

Are you sure he wants to sue your insurance company or the person that caused the accident? HUGE difference...we need WAY MORE INFORMATION, if you'd like some advise or opinions....what happened, are you injured, why is he wanting to sue, and why is there a lawyer involved at all?
