my mothers name was delilah marie minter maiden name fondren my brothers name was ronnie joe minter d.o.b. 1-18-19xx mom died april 2009 day before easter and my brother died christmas eve of 2009 he was xx and spent a thrd of his life in prison please help me

So she thinks that the father has taken out policies on the mother and the brother and put himself as the beneficiary.
Are you really suspecting that?
I couldn't really find the reason why your father would pay for the policies and yet won't share it with your mom and brother. Any clues?

hi, if you don have any details of policy owned by family member, its pretty difficult to find the details, as well as you dont want to pay professional for this, try searching your brothers and mom room, may be you will find some policy document, speak to there freind. Otherwise as such their is no way to find policy details.
