We do not need more bureaucracy, we do need more equitable opportunity and treatment, we do need improved patient/doctor communication, and the money we do spend needs to be used more efficiently. Do you really think that insurance and pharmaceutical industries need to be funded, at all costs? Prevention would really reduce the need for the over-use of both, cost of both industries, and revenue also. That said, my primary focus concentrates on prevention by incorporating a global strategum to include personal medical history, pharmaceutical contraindications, and which coordinates the function of all institutions utilized in the entire well body spectrum. This is not rocket science. We have the technology. This is poor management of our vast and tremendous resources as a nation, as individual practitioners, as consumers, and so forth. Solution seems simple to me. Rigth now approx 30% of hospital bills are going unpaid because of lack of insurance, lack of money, etc....

These facilities are still providing services but not getting paid. Obviously the health care costs are going to get more expensive.

Health Insurance should be mandatory for every person. Just like state minimums for Auto Insurance. Health Insurance should have guaranteed issue $5,000 + Deductible plans. NO COPAY Benefits for medicine or office visits and free PReventative Care. No coverage, No service. Of course we would need something in place to help the Poverty Level.

The problem with America is that we're spoiled. WE expect too much. We want $10 copayments etc... If you want to run to the doctor everytime you have a cold that's fine but you should have to pay for it. Health Insurance should only be there to protect in case something major happens. JUST LIKE HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE. Imagine paying a $20 copayment for repainting your house, doesn't that sound silly?
