Unfortunately, we'll need some more information before we could give you an idea of what it would cost. It depends on what state you're in, what insurance company you're interested in, and what coverages you would like.

For example, there are different coverage amounts, different deductibles, different co-pays, etc. It also takes into account your prexisting conditions and medical history. Do you need prescription coverage? Dental? Vision? Give us a little more information and we'd be glad to help!

Hi DAHAPAGIRL,

The PPO deductible has been raised to $ 1,000 in 2008 while it was worth $500 an year ago. In the year 2008 the costs have risen by 6.3%. It gets us to an avg. cost of $ 8,492 for each employee, while it was worth $ 7, 983 a year back.
We should always remember that it costs us to more to enjoy more flexibility and more options.
So, do you think it's worthy of getting a costlier PPO plan that offers more flexibility than even an HMO?

It will vary based on age, gender, health, zip code and type of health insurance plan you desire.
