Under which program in medicare, the beneficiaries pays 25% of the premium and government pays 75% of the premium.

Hi Bala,
I think Medicare part-D or the prescription coverage has such a cost sharing where the beneficiary is required to pay 25% as co-pay on the amount of the bill above the $250 deductible. Is this what you want to know?

Medicare Pt B is an 80/20 split. Not all Pt D plans have a deductible, so not sure where 25% comes from. Please provide a little more insight as to what coverage type.
