if I am oked for disability and I was getting unemployment c

I was just given disabilty so I need to get in touch with unemployment to tell them so now will I lose that and my insurance from them? My husband is also unemployed and getting the insurance from them. so would I be eligible to get it under his name ?? I am going to apply for Mass health but have not yet..
