I was hurt on the job in 2005. I went to therapy but suddenly my treatment was stopped for no reason, and I was not treated for a while. I decided to to get a lawyer. In 2009 I was laid off and put on disabilty. My disability will run out in Feb 2010, can I use unemployment insurance if I have not used it yet?

You can claim unemployment benefits if your state law permits it. Just go through the rules and regulations.
