How do I file a civil suite, health insurance comany acting in bad faith?

If you could, please let us know WHY you want to file a civil suit in terms of bad faith. Many people think that bad faith occurs, when in reality, it doesn't. If you could give us a little more info, we could likely tell you if in fact it's actually bad faith.

As well, we can let you know if the insurer is within the law or out of compliance in some manner. More info would be good!

You complete the court documents (small claims court paperwork or Complaint in other courts), have the paperwork served to the defendant and recorded with the correct court.

That is for a civil "suit".

Also, for bad faith you would really need to have an attorney and the attorney can explain all of this to you.
