Is the 3 day course enough to become a independent insurance adjuster? will i need additional software or experience

What "course" are you referring to? Are you talking about prep for your insurance exam?

A three day course enough to become an independent agent? It might give you enough to pass a test. But passing your license test and becoming an agent who doesn't go broke are two completely different things.

I haven't heard of such a thing before. To tell you the truth, I don't believe it's true. The job of an adjuster is full of challenges like many other professions out there. You need to learn through your experiences. Yes, a 3-day course is good enough to give an idea to begin with.
