My kid stole my car, she is 15 and unlicenced. She wrecked the car, thankfully she did not hurt anyone or herself.
The car is a lease.

Will the insurance cover the cost of the vehicle?

Probably not. What do you think you mean by "fully insured"?

You will probably be covered for the actual cash value of the vehicle, essentially the market value -- but hopefully you have gap coverage to pay other costs associated with the lease.
Expect your insurance to be non-renewed because of your daughter.
