my mother passed away dec the 16th 2010. I have 8 brothers and sisters 7 of us were not included in making her arragments. this is because of one sister. shr is the fourt one .and when we asked the funeral home about something they said they had to cheek with her frist. then we ffind out there is a life insurance policey and she told us all along there was not . to make the matters worst some of us knew there was . how she wants us to sign a paper giving her excuter to the policey we all refused . what can we do to get the name of the insurance company

You may try out a number of ways to locate your mother's policy. MIB policy locater service is a paid service - so before you opt for that go through her financial files, go through her phone book, contact her friends and colleagues etc.
