my brother was married when he passed away, I did'nt know he had name me his beneficiary. His wife contested the claim, After six months of investagation by the insurance company their decision making awared me the proceeds. Now his wife has filed a civil sue against me in probate courts claming that i forged my brother signature. iam representing myself in the court, how can i ask the insurance company to submit their finding to the courts.

I guess it's her turn to prove that you really committed this fraud. Can you ring up the agent and inform him about the same? It has to get conveyed to the claims processing department.

In fact it has to reach the ears of the adjuster. He's the right person to settle things in your favor.
